If elastic seals cannot be produced by extrusion for geometric reasons, they must be manufactured in moulds. It is important to select the appropriate material mixture. We do not have a standard range of products and only manufacture customer-specific rubber moulded parts. We are happy to support you from development to series production – for large and small series.

Production of moulded rubber parts
Depending on the component geometry, the material, the quantity and the required tolerances, we can offer rubber moulded parts from all common production processes. The excellent quality is always our top priority. We manufacture in accordance with ISO 3302-1 and can also produce rubber-metal parts if required.
Compression Molding Process(CM)
In compression molding, a non-crosslinked rubber compound is manually or automatically filled into a heated vulcanizing mold (cavity) and sealed under pressure using a press. Due to the pressure and temperature, the liquid rubber fills the mould completely and finally vulcanizes (cross-links) at 140-200 °C.
Injection moulding process (IM)
In contrast to the CM process, in injection moulding the rubber is already preheated in the extruder (screw unit), plasticised (80-100 °C) and injected into temperature-controlled moulds. The cycle time for IM is significantly shorter than for CM, since the rubber is already melted in the extruder.

Development of rubber moulded parts
For more than 25 years we have been developing and manufacturing individual moulded parts for our customers, which mainly come from the automotive industry. Using the latest CAD software (Creo 3.0), we can precisely design rubber parts of all kinds, even for large assemblies. In cooperation with our partners we guarantee an economic and fast solution.
