We do not have an official catalogue or webshop through which we sell plastic hoses. Nevertheless we can supply plastic hoses in all common sizes. Especially in the field of PVC hoses, EPDM hoses and silicone hoses we can offer a wide range.

Production of plastic hoses
Our plastic hoses are manufactured by extrusion. The molten plastic (compound) is extruded through a tool with the desired geometric cross-section and then cooled. To produce foamed hoses (e.g. silicone foam hoses), they are foamed with a special blowing agent. The foam has a closed-cell structure and thus prevents the absorption of moisture.
Have you heard of moulded hoses?
Special applications require special hoses. Moulded hoses are used especially when hot fluids have to be conveyed in narrow spaces (e.g. engine compartment). These are vulcanized hoses, often made of EPDM or silicone, which, unlike ordinary hoses, retain their shape permanently.
